Bulletin Board

I would like to vreate a bulletin board that is custom made to fit my
Website. In other words, I want a bulletin board that has my logo, color and
thene. Can anyone help with some easy to understand directions?

Start by asking your provider if you can use ASP(.NET) or PHP. Once
you know that, learn to use it. There are a lot of tutorial sites on
the Web for all possibilities.
Once you have learnt the basics, creating a bulletin board will be
relatively easy.
Otherwise, you can go with a hosted solution but there you will have
little to say over how it looks.
