Bulleting text and spacing down a line in Excel

I am entering text in Excel and need to bullet some information or create a
line space between paragraphs....how do I do this?

All in one cell?

Type some text then hit ALT + ENTER.

Hit ALT + 0149(from NumPad) then type some more text.

The ALT + ENTER will give a carriage return.

The ALT + 0149 will give a Bullet.
