Bullets/numbered lists refuse to line up bullets?

Hey, all. I'm running the trial of Microsoft Onenote 2007 on my Vista HP
machine, and am growing frustrated at an odd little glitch.

I'm doing a lot of outlining for school. Most of the time, this works fine.
But every so often, OneNote decides to slide my next bullet a little bit to
the left or right. I'm not talking about jumping to a different nested level
-- it's the same series of bullets or numbers, but it's not quite in the
right place.

This can happen with a new outline point that I'm putting in. Oddly, it can
also happen with lines I've ALREADY entered; I'll come back to my notepage,
and one or two of the bullets will have shifted.

By selecting the whole outline and clicking the bullets button a few times,
I can get the outline points to re-align, but that's awfully annoying for an
obsessive note-taker like me. This is a big enough issue for me to jump back
to MS Word (where I've never had this problem) for taking notes. Help!

here's a pic of what I'm talking about:

Most unusual... Do you think you could create a simple section with a
single page that has some content that demonstrates the problem? Could
you email me such a section?
