Bullets & Numbering - Not Responding

[Fiette]

When I try to use the bullets & numbering - ouline
feature and try to get a "new" bullet it locks up and
stops responding. I have searched the knowlege database
and have come up with nothing!! Please help!! I have also
tried to re-install office - didn't help.
