There should be some way to customize the bullets as user defined
mini-pictures like we do in Word. Can anyone help????

can't be done. Publisher is not Word. And I'm grateful it isn't. Ever try to

Wel i am creating a template for company dossier. In the process, i wanted to
define a style for bulleting and numbering. I wanted a chosen picture to be
my bullet in the template. We can do this in Word, so i wanted to try and
make it in Publisher also.

After all of this, I'm curious picture/symbol what you wanted to use.

used a symbol but I wanted it rotated. (Wasn't that a treat!) You could see
the results I got.
