Bunch of appointments in one file. 2003

I want to send a file which contains a bunch of appointments to a group of
people. I’ve tried the .hol approach but this only allows the uploading of
all-day events (holidays). What I need is appointments, each with a
different start and end time, and if possible to include a reminder.

I don’t want to send an invitation to the recipient, I just want them to
know when the events are happening. And I don't want to see a reply. Do ics
or vcs work for more than one appointment? On searching, I’ve seen similar
questions, but not answers that help.

I run Office 2003 on Windows XP.

Do they use Outlook? You could send a PST file for them to open as long as
it is zipped to get past security restrictions. Alternatively, you could try
another export format.

Hi Bill,
They all use Outlook 2003. How do I create a pst file incorporating only
the relevant appointments, not my entire calendar. Will a pst overwrite
anything currently in their calendars?
Thanks
Hugh

Nothing will be overwritten. They just open the PST file using File | Open
and view the info. Make sure they only open it and don't try to Import it.

You don't need a new PST file. Just create a new Calendar folder via File |
New | Folder .... Give it a specific name to differentiate it from your main
Calendar.
Copy what you want to it or create new Appts in it then use File | Import
and Export | Export to a File ... to export it to a PST file. Choose to only
export that new Calendar file.
