burning a file to run off CD through viewer with audio?

Do you rock on powerpoint? if so, big city mountaineers, a non-profit, could use your help! We are attempting to burn a CD that will run a PPT file through PPT viewer, that contains some audio files. we are hoping to create a CD that will run on windows machines, regardless of whether or not the person has powerpoint or media player....is this possible? can you help make it happen?

What version of PowerPoint are you using? The solution will depend on that
