Burning to CD

I have a presentation I would like to publish to CD. I turned off the share
point services under Tools/Page Options/Authoring and chose None. I then
inserted a text file using Notepad:
[autorun]
open=start index.htm

When the CD was finished writing I played it on the computer I did the burn
wit hand another of my WinXP boxes. Both of them did the same thing. I saw
the Autoplay box in the upper left corner of my desktop and watched it scan
all the files on the CD then I got the option box in the middle of my screen
asking what operation I would like to do with it.

How do I make it so that the index page automatically opens in a browser
window?

Change open=start index.html
to
shellexecute=index.html

If the web site is contained in a folder on the CD, then it would be
shellexecute=foldername\index.html
and the autorun needs to be on the CD "outside" of the web.
