Bus Contact Manager Install office 2003

We own copy of Office Pro Enterprise 2003 i did the admin
install at the server but have been unable to find out how
to get the bus contact manger installed running sbs2000
wo/sql
anyone with any ideas

Please note that BCM is currently not compatible with MS Exchange mailboxes.
if one is found in the outlook profile, BCM will automatically be disabled.

Except for installs of Office/Outlook 2003 with the Small Business Server.
There is a patch available that will allow Exchange in the profile, but only
for Exchange from SBS.

No, it does not. It specifically EXCLUDES an Exchange transport in your mail
profile. It will only work with a patch for SBS 2003 and Exchange - it is
not supported at all with the standalone Exchange Server, any version.

BCM is a separate installation program on a separate CD. My guess is that
you haven't actually installed it yet.
