office 2010 install error.

on a win xp computer,there were no previous versions of ms office installed.But when trying to install ms office 2010 gave following error
setup is unable to proceed due to the following error(s):
To installand use this product you must be running the following operating system
x86platform
window 7
window vista sp1
window xp sp3
window server 2003 sp2

x64platform
window7
window vista sp1
window server 2008
correct the issue s listed above and re run set up
ok
How to solve this error.

Do you know which version of Windows XP you are using? You'll need Service Pack 3 as a minimum, you can find the download for it here:
