Business Analyst/ BPMN/ Contract/ FT Wayne, Indiana

BPMN = Business Process Modeling Notation
This is an immediate start for the right person. It is a six to
eight month contract
in the Fort Wayne, IN area. The rate is $40 hr 1099 or corp to corp.
No expenses
are paid, work is done on sight. One can be a US citizen or Green
card. It is what

Additional Information
Mandatory Skills: - 1+ years experience as business analyst

- Knowledgeable of BPMN 1.1 or higher. 1+ years experience of process
mapping in BPMN 1.1 or higher using a process modeling application
such as MS Visio, itp-commerce, Lombardi, Sparx System's Enterprise
Architect or equivalent

- Ability to identify business requirements

- Ability to analyze processes and data

- Business acumen of a manufacturing organization; understands the big
picture

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Communicates effectively
Secondary Skills: - Knowledgeable of UML diagrams

- Detail oriented

- Interpersonal savvy

The following experiences are a plus:
- Experience with Sparx System's Enterprise Architect

- Experience in data modeling

- Certification or training in a process improvement methodology such
as: Six Sigma, LEAN, Rummler-Brache, etc.

- Change management experience
Duties: Documents existing business process models at all levels of
detail

Facilitates cross functional team discussions on business processes,
recommends solutions, and documents proposed ''to-be'' process models

Gathers and analyzes data, assists project teams in identifying root
causes

Assists Process Management team in evolution of governance, standards,
and tools
Required Education/Experience: 1+ years experience as business analyst
BPMN 1 year+ Version 1.1 or higher
Background Check Required: Yes
Drug Test Required: yes
Overtime Required: Occasional
