Business Card Format

How can I avoid the time consuming task of copying and paste a business card
format into a Word document? In another software package I had the option to
create one format and it then flowed to the designated page layout.

In Word, business cards are labels - see

So why are you not using the other software package? Publisher, for example,
is much more satisfactory for business cards.
