You could find that getting them to line up isn't always as simple as you'd
think. Most of the posters I've read who do that use two files.

Essentially, that's how I do it with my own business card table
set up as a template. I've never been ambitious enough to try to
incorporate the macro that I use to copy one changed cell into
the other nine and I simply have the macro available as one of
my collection with a toolbar button to run it.
I don't have a printer capable of duplex printing and turning
the card stock over and reinserting is no real problem. I'd
never actually thought of combining the two sides into one file,
tho' it's an interesting idea for those with duplex printers.
