Does anybody have a business case regarding the Project Server
Implementation? What was the improvement after this implementation?

Ana,

The improvement will depend on what you implement. (e.g. we choose to start
with Risk,Issue, Document mgt).
Look at the microsoft site for the improvements the product is offering.
These improvements will also depend from your current situation.

Some examples :
- centralised repository and time registration centralised
- portfolio analysis at the desktop
- overview availability of rerources across the company/department
- ...

Hi Ana, maybe this link can help, i was looking for something similar
with project server 2003, WSS, ans SPS 2003 but more technical. This
is all i have found.
