Business Cont Mgr was unable to initialize this form. Meaning?

I tried to open an account in Business Contact Manager and this is what shows
on my screen instead of the account's name, address, phone, and etc.:
"Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form. I can see my
list of business contacts but can't revise or change contact information.
Help?

Thanks, the feature was disabled. I went into "About Outlook" and found the
disabled item, enabled it, and the function now works.

Check if Business Tools is avalaible else go help > about Microsoft Outlook
disabled items and enable BCM
