Business Contact Full Name change doesn't display correctly in Hea

I changed the Full Name to a whole different person after a couple months and
although the change is saved and displays correctly in the Full Name field
the old (wrong) name is still displayed in the Top Header. It seems like the
Display Name didn't update or something. How can this be resolved or is this
a bug?
