Business Contact History Items

I can no longer access e-mail history items linked to my business contacts.
I get the following messages each time I open a contact record:

"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.
Contact your administrator."

"Array index out of bounds."

My computer is not on a network and I am the "administrator". I would
appreciate any suggestions to resolve this problem.

Check if Business Tools in available.If not go to help > About Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled items and enable the same

Also go to Tools > Options > other > Advanced options > custom forms >
manage forms > highlight each forms and select clear cache

You might also want to ensure that you have updated BCM with all the Service
Packs
