Business Contact Manager 2007 Won't Work

B

blake.wylie

I've installed Business Contact Manager 2007 successfully. When I
attempt to go through the configuration wizard (Help -> Configure
Business Contact Manager...), I select either Express or Advanced.
Once I click Next, the wizard dissappears completely. I try to go
through the wizard again and I get the same thing.

Rebooted after install? Yes
SQL Server (MSSMLBIZ) is running.
OS: Windows Server 2003 SP1
Citrix Metaframe is running on the system
No errors in event log.
No other errors either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
-Blake

Hi Blake,

You may want to use the link below to also post this in the Office Outlook Business Contact Manager Newsgroup and include there if
you're running on Citrix/Terminal Server and if you're working with MS Exchange server as well.
