Hello - I'm hoping you can help me. I am getting an error message when trying to enter a New Account in BCM. Error Message: The file as field for this contact is empty. You may not have entered a name or company. Do you want to save this contact with an empty file as field? I can't figure out how to fix this. My previous problem I had - I did find an answer - the fix: tools/options/other/advanced options/custom forms/manage forms/clear cache. This is not fixing this current problem. Please help. Thank you
