Exporting contacts all at once when in multiple folders

Hello
I run 3 businesses, and hence have my outlook contacts in multiple folders (vs. groups). That way I can quickly send messages to all my tenants, or myweb design clients, or associates, etc. The problem is, I want to export (one time and continuously) all my contacts to my online gmail account, so Ican share to my Amazon account, Kindle HDX, etc. I have 20+ folders of contacts and I REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want to export these folders one by one by one ... there MUST be a better way ....
