Business Contact Manager - can't install

Upon trying to install Business Contact Manager into
Outlook 2003(Office 2003 Professional running on Windows
2000 Professional), the original installation failed. Now
every time I try the install again I get :

"The wizard was interrupted before Microsfoft Business
Contact Manager could be completeley installed.

All changes made during this process were removed. To
complete installation at another time, please run setup
again.

Click Finish to exit the wizard".

Anyone know how to get past this message?
