Business Contact Manager - Contact form change pulldowns?

I want to change the options currently available for the Account and Business
Contact pulldowns; State, Status and Rating.

This is not available in Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003. However,
new BCM version for Outlook 2007 has very easy and intuitive way to modify
the pull down lists and add custom fields to forms. You can download the 60
