business contact manager crashes outlook

Just started happening...BCM reports fatal error (no specific ID number) when
I tried to reply to email. Composed fresh message, rather than reply to, but
still won't let me send - closes outlook as soon as I press Save button.
Report says P2: typeinitilizationexception, if that helps. I'm flummoxed,
What can I do about this?
