Business Contact Manager database should be sharable via SBS 2003

With the release of the recent BCM update, we can now share a single contact
database and use it concurrently with Exchange Server. Why can Microsoft not
take the next logical step and allow customers to install the BCM database on
Small Business Server 2003? This would seem like an excellent entry-level
solution for users that desire a networked contact management solution
without the expense or complexity of MSCRM. It would also be able to compete
directly with such contact management products as Act!, Goldmine, and other
popular packages. From my perspective as a network administrator, this would
be a much safer and more reliable option compared to hosting the database on
a desktop PC.
