Business Contact Manager does not appear

Hello,

when i try to install Outlook Business Manager it fails.

When i install the Business Contact Manager via the "MSBCM.msi" - everything
works fine - but the Business Contact Manager doesn´t appear in Outlook
2003.

When i go to the folder where BCM is installed - and i click to activate the
Program - it says that it is active already.

Can you maybe help me to solve the problem.

I have the same problem, tried to re-install 3 times and selected the "detect and repair" option still no joy. In case I miss the solution in this newsgroup be great if you could send me the response at (e-mail address removed)

Are you also using Exchange? BCM is not compatible with an Exchange account.
