Business Contacts in Business Contact Manager

I am new to this portion of Outlook but badly need what it appears to
offer.
Since it is a subfolder of my pst file, can I assume it goes where the
pst file goes?
Is there any way to get the regular "Contacts" in Outlook copied/ or
cut/paste to the "Business Contacts" in BCManager? I badly need the
ability to use the UDF section of the BCM.
