Business Contact Manager Does Not Work

I am not connected to an exchange server and experienced
an error with my pst file. Business Contact Manager
(BCM) no longer works. I have removed and uninstalled it
several times and then reloaded it. The install seems ot
work, however everytime I either create a new or connect
to an existing database, I get an "Object Not Found"
error message. Consequently, I have no BCM menus and
functions at all. The BCM database can be seen in my
folders so I see the contacts and accounts. Every
contact however links to the entire inbox instead of
being able to list only phone calls or mails for that
particular client. I am not able to register any
opportunities as there is no menu for this. Any advice
please?
