I have installed Business Contact Manager in Outlook. I have been trying to
write a letter so it will automatically save in the Business Contact History.
Each time I try to then open the item in the History an error message comes
up saying the form cannot be issued or that I have to check Microsoft
Exchange is installed properly. How can I do this?
