Business Contact Manager failed after Microsoft .NET Frame 3.5 ins

I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Office 2003 with Business Contact
Manager.

All was well until used Microsoft Update to install "Microsoft .NET
Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847)
x86".

Since then Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager will not open. After
unistalling Business Contact Manager Outlook 2003 functions.

How do I correct this problem?
