Business Contact manager failed to install

I have an Offiice 2003 pro and installation failed to configure the server.
(What server, I installed in my local PC). More info in errorlogs for
server in each installation program?

Any way to make use of this program? If I can't install it it is of no use,
i could have saved some money and bought a different version of Office 2003.

Help!!!!!

Hi:

Check my post 3/28/2005 "Business Contact Manager will not install". Chris
Schatte gave some advice on how to fix this. I'm going to try it.

Hello

What you could try basically is to go to your Local Disk and under that
open up the folder "Programme Files" and under this delete the folder
"Microsoft SQL Server" and try installing again. This fixes the problem in
most issues, If this does not we try deleting some registry keys. But first
i would try deleting the folder.
Please do let me know if this fixes the issue.

See Karthik's answer to my post before doing anything....I did it and it
worked..no extra reading or reconfiguring...Good luck

Hi -- this didn't work for me -- it won't let me delete the SQL server folder
because it says that it cannot delete "opends60.dll"

When I try to (re)install BCM -- which I uninstalled because it wasn't
working correctly - I first get a statement the Outlook is running (it's not)
and then another message saying BCM wasn't installed because the wizard was
interrupted.

Any thoughts? This has been a nightmare since I got it three weeks ago. I
sense from the board I'm not the only one with problems and frustrations....

I was so grateful to find this post since I have had BCM forever and just
gave up on the install. I thought this had worked as the install continued a
great deal past the point it had before then I also received an error that
wizard was interrupted and gave me no error or anything to go on. It stops at
the point of registering type libraries

I have Microsoft Office Professional Pro 2007 installed on my machine. I want
to use BCM w/Outlook and needed to acquire that from Microsoft. I downloaded
the Outlook 2007 w/BMC and attempted to install and received an error message
indicating the failure of Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies to
install. How do I fix this so I can install BMC?

Which service pack level is your Office Professional installation?
