Business Contact Manager failed to install

I have an Offiice 2003 pro and installation failed to configure the server.
(What server, I installed in my local PC). More info in errorlogs for
server in each installation program?

I have been having the exact same problem, and like you I have had no
response. I guess they have no clue how to fix this issue.
