Business Contact Manager Folder does not appear after install

I am running MS Small Business Server Std. 2003 with Outlook 2003 w/Business
Contact Manager. The Business Contact Manager Folder does not show up in the
folder list. I have tried re-installing with no change.

In order to use Business Contact Manager with an SBS exchange server,
Microsoft has released a patch.
Please install BCM SP1 from the following location and then try again
