Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 Setup Error

I purchased a new computer and when trying to install Microsoft Office
Professional 2003 on it the error that comes up is, "Business Contact Manager
for Outlook 2003 Setup Error: Business Contact Manager requires Outllok 2003.
Please install Outlook 2003 before running Setup."

I'm trying to install Outlook, but it is on the disk that won't let me
install any of it because I don't have it already installed.

How do I get around this?
