Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007

How can I uninstall the Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007? In the
Add Remove Programs it just shows Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.
I don't want to uninstall Outlook, just the Business Contact Manager.

"Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager" is, in effect, just BCM
2007.

The un/install of Outlook itself is handled by the Microsoft Office
2007 entry.
