business contact manager installation hangs

Hi,

I've installed Office 2003 with no problem. Even done the updates. But when
I try to install Business Contact Manager, the installation hangs (always)
while installing. It's nearly impossible to cancel it, and when I try to
repair the Office installation, later, I get a message saying the
installation of BCM has been suspended, and it rolls back the
part-installation.

Can't seem to install BCM. Anyone know why that might be?
