Business Contact manager Only showing up in TASKS Outlook 2003

My BCM has disappeared from my contacts list. I located it and it is
now listed under tasks. How do I move it back as a contacts group. I
tried creating a new folder and copying BCM contacts over but it won't
let me. Any ideas?
