business contact manager, unable to initialize forms?

Every time I try to open my Business contact manager, it opens and I can see
the pertinent information in the contact section, but if I open any of them I
get a "Unable to Initialize Form" message. I've closed out, restartted, and
looked through every possible help menu, but I have found nothing to solve
this proble. I really need to be able to see/edit all of my contacts & their
information.

Go to:
-tools
-options
-other
-advanced options
-custom forms
-manage forms
and the delete the personal forms.

Can't explain how or why this works, just that it did, as I was having
theexact same problem. Good Luck.

Hi

Can you check if Business Tools is available else go to help > about
Microsoft Outlook > Disabled items and enable BCM
