Business Contact Manager unable to initialize this form - Outlook

HI I also am getting this error message - everything works fine then you go
to look at the business contact and I get same error message. I tried your
suggestion regading the cache but it still does not open the information.
This is the 2nd time this has occured and I do not know why.

last time I had to reinstall the CD as if to reinstall the enitre office
suite. Please help. why does it occur and to how to fix it?

Check if Business Tools is avaliable if not go to Help > About Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled Items and enable the same

HI Raul -
I did this but all that was there was Norton antispam & mobile tools.
Nothing regarding Business Tools, which are no longer showing in the drop
down menus.... any other suggestions? Still want to know why this happens.

This problem happened to me after I cleaned my registry with Ccleaner.
As I saved it before, I could merge it again.
Then the problem was resolved
