Business Contact Manager Won't Initialize

I have installed Office 2007 Beta 2 on Vista Beta 2 Latest Build and BCM will
not initialize. I used the express registration it scrolls the status bar
for a little while and then comes up with a dialog with the following
message: BCM for Outlook could not complee your last action or actions.
Please try again.

When I try again I get the same error just a little quicker.

Any help would be appreciated. Both Outlook and BCM are Beta 2. Vista is
Beta 2 Build 5384.
