Business Contact Manager won't load

I have a licensed copy of Office 2003 Pro but when I download BCM it won't
load - the error message says that the license number found was not what it
was expecting. Can anyone tell me whether there is a version of Office Pro
2003 which does not accept BCM? If so, does anyone know where I can buy a
copy to install? Or is there somethig different I should be doing?

thanks - George Cowan

BCM is not a downloadable application. See this page for what editions it
comes with. You must also install SP-2 for it to work with non-SBS Exchange
accounts.

Thanks - I have downloaded an upgrade twice but as I said it would not take
it - I see now that there is a new upgrade available to owners of Office 2003
which incorporates the BCM - so I am trying that.

OK - I downloaded the upgrade and it seemed to be loading fine until I got a
message saying that I needed to turn on File and Print Sharing. I have been
to every place (within outlook and other office products plus the control
panel) and I cannot find where to turn on this function. More help please -
