business contact manager

I am unable to access Business Contact Manager. I am running Office 2003 and
have reinstalled BCM, as well as trying the "detect and repair" solution and
checking for "disabled items" as suggested in the Microsoft help articles. I
also ran the EnableBCM.exe program in the Business Contact Manager
subdirectory, but it reported that BCM is already active. I was even able to
download and install BCM SP1, but still can't access any of the BCM menus or
functions. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
