Thanks for the reply. In "contacts" under "activities", it isn't even an
option to select the reading pane but in "business contact manager" under
"history" it is an option. Any clue as to why it doesn't work or if it will
work in the future? The preview pane works in the "history" section but not
the "reading pane". Thanks again -
