business contact manager

i'm tired of waiting for business contact manager records to open and want to
transfer all of them back to outlook where they can be accessed by such
programs as i contact, etc., and where i hope they'll be more readily
accessible. can anyone help -- or tell me how to speed things up in BCM
(2003)?

Drag the contacts from a bcm folder to the outlook contacts folder.
