Business Contact Manager

We are using SBS 2003 and I wanted to know is if we setup
MS Business Contact Manager can the database be shared
via SBS or Exchange? We have used "Act" in the past for
client iformation and record keeping, but would like to
use BCM if it has the capabillities of sharing.
