Business Contact Manager

I have Office 03 sp1 installed and I have just installed Business Contact
Manager but when I launch Office it is not picking up contact manager. Also
when I go to Start Progs Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager I
have no option to enable the feature Any help would be very greatful
