business contact manager

I have just installed Office XP Pro and Business Contact
Manager. I cannot open Business Contact Manager. When I
open Outlook I can see no evidence that the business
contact manager (which appears to be an expansion or
accessory of Outlook) is present. I have viewed the
tours and searched for some way to utilize the features
described. Where in the world is this thing?

Microsoft Business Contact Manager is an Office 2003 application.
Probably simply won't work with Outlook that comes with the older Office XP.
