Business Contact Manager

I am exeriencing endless problems with Outlook '03 with
Business Contact Manager. Im running Windows XP Home.
Apart from incoming mail going into my inbox it is now
going into Accounts & into Business History & these are
ALL emails currently in the Inbox. This does not occur to
all the entries in Account>Business Contact Mng, only
some. When i receive new emails they duplicate & go into
Inbox as well as Account. Pls if your are an Outlook
03/Business Contact Mng expert - i desperately need help
