Business Contact Manger Homepage 2007

Direct Response Marketer

I am running Business Contact Manger (2007)in Outlook 2007. The link to add
/remove content that should appear on the Business Contact Manger Homepage is
not visible. How do I make it visible so I can modify the home page of BCM?
