Business contact reminders don't display at requested day/time?

How do I get business contact reminders to display at the requested
date/time? I have followed the instructions in the help section. It works
for regular contacts but not for the business contacts.

Are you talking about flagging? Correct it does not pop up using flags.

When I flag a "regular" contact, it pops up. Is there a way to get business
contacts to pop up using flags, or another method to accomplish the same
thing?
