Business Contacts: change date of phone log

Not sure if this is the place, but would like to know if/how I can change the
date of the phone log in Outlook Business Contacts. It appears as if the date
is automatically entered when you start the log, but cannot be changed. This
is a pain as I'd like to log calls I made while travelling, away from the
computer.
